  • Proven track record of managing teams in fast-moving digital environments
  • Comfortable with modern digital tools and collaborating with technical product teams
  • Demonstrated ability to use data to drive decision-making while maintaining high editorial standards
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
