Develop and execute a product roadmap for Loyalty, balancing near-term delivery with long-term strategic innovation.
Work closely with the Loyalty Program Manager to align product execution with program design, customer journeys, and commercial objectives.
Champion user-centric, outcome-driven prioritization, delivering rapid MVPs, iterating quickly, and pivoting based on customer feedback.
Build and scale the loyalty platform: partner with Engineering to define APIs, experimentation frameworks, and tooling that enables scalable experiences across app, web, email, and browser extension.
Collaborate with CRM, CDP, and Data Science teams to deliver targeted engagement strategies and data-driven loyalty initiatives across key lifecycle touchpoints.
Define and track key success metrics, measuring conversion, engagement, and customer lifetime value, and optimize based on insights.
Stay ahead of loyalty, rewards, gamification and engagement trends, evangelizing best practices and driving innovation.
Identify and evaluate emerging platforms, partnerships, and capabilities that can be leveraged to future-proof loyalty strategies.
Requirements
5+ years of product management experience, preferably in e-commerce, marketing tech, or loyalty/rewards programs
Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform product decisions
Ability to balance multiple initiatives, navigate ambiguity, and drive results in a fast-paced environment
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around shared goals
Passion for improving customer retention and loyalty through strategic product initiatives
Preference for experience working with CRM platforms and CDPs (e.g., Braze, HighTouch) to drive personalized engagement strategies.
