Sales

• Provides operational and sales support to sales personnel
• Supports sales representatives with securing inventory, walk-in traffic, creating agreements, facilitating transportation, invoicing, and warranty enrollment of machines
• Serves as main line of support for sales representatives
• Point of contact for walk-in traffic and area customers
• Creates and maintains sale and lease agreements
• Schedules trucking and or shipping of equipment to customer sites
• Finalizes invoices and credits for transactions
• Handles any additional special projects as needed
• Ability to manage a large number of transactions and high-functioning salespeople
• Keeps up to date and accurate records
• Timely creation of sales or lease contracts and processing of invoices
• Follows up with sales representatives via phone and other interactions
• Works in a cooperative manner with team and employees
