Sales Coordinator
Ziegler CaterpillarSales Coordinator providing operational and sales support to sales personnel at Ziegler CAT. Managing customer interactions, agreements, and transactional processes efficiently.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provides operational and sales support to sales personnel
- Supports sales representatives with securing inventory, walk-in traffic, creating agreements, facilitating transportation, invoicing, and warranty enrollment of machines
- Serves as main line of support for sales representatives
- Point of contact for walk-in traffic and area customers
- Creates and maintains sale and lease agreements
- Schedules trucking and or shipping of equipment to customer sites
- Finalizes invoices and credits for transactions
- Handles any additional special projects as needed
- Ability to manage a large number of transactions and high-functioning salespeople
- Keeps up to date and accurate records
- Timely creation of sales or lease contracts and processing of invoices
- Follows up with sales representatives via phone and other interactions
- Works in a cooperative manner with team and employees
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED required; 2 or 4 year degree preferred or comparable work experience

- 1-3 years experience performing customer service and/or administrative support
- Able to manage time effectively
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
