About the role

  • Develops and executes the Product Line Strategic Plan (OPSP) and drives the implementation of Strategic Action Plans (SAPs).
  • Leads collaboration with global cross-functional teams on sales plans, target designs, target BOM, and Capex-related strategic initiatives.
  • Organizes and facilitates regular portfolio management routines, including CQA, pre-CQA, battle planning, and sales target reviews.
  • Monitors product development progress and reviews BOM targets, Capex-related CEAs, and capacity planning documents.
  • Drives plant readiness activities, including on-site assessments, equipment and supplier readiness, pre-production support, and year-over-year capacity planning.
  • Oversees supplier selection and commodity management while ensuring alignment with Engineering, Purchasing, and Program Management teams.
  • Leads cross-functional business capture activities, such as quotation reviews, GAR, pricing reviews, workshops, CSR preparation, and Key Battle Plan validation.
  • Maintains product intelligence, including trends in technology, regulations, competitors, and OEM market developments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Over 10 years of technical or commercial experience in a multinational company.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
  • Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages (e.g., Spanish, German) are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills across multinational and multi-level teams.
  • Deep knowledge of the automotive industry and electronics-related products.
  • Strong business acumen with familiarity in financial metrics such as NPV, MPBT, and ROAE.
  • Ability to perform under pressure, handle urgent tasks, and work effectively across time zones with flexible scheduling.
