About the role
- Retrieving prices and delivery times for parts and materials.
- Activating and managing items in the ERP system (Navision).
- Creating and processing purchase orders for the workshop, sales, and inventory.
- Ordering parts from internal and external suppliers (NL & BE).
- Inventory management and analysis of strategic stock.
- Ordering original and replacement parts, including returns handling.
- Processing returns and quality issues (NL & BE).
- Tracking orders, backorders, and delivery issues.
Requirements
- MBO+ level of thinking and working or equivalent level obtained through education and/or experience.
- Experience in a logistics/purchasing role is a plus.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written, German is a plus.
- Familiarity with common computer programs such as MS Office, Navision, etc.
- Results-oriented.
