About the role
- Collect market and customer information, communicate with internal teams and leaders, assist in formulating sales plans, and secure approval.
- Responsible for the quotation work of new projects, participating in the internal quotation process, obtaining quotation approval.
- Responsible for business negotiations with customers.
- Participate in the development and production preparation process of designated projects, coordinate and facilitate internal communication within the project team.
- Assist in business negotiations with customers, and track the overall progress of the project.
- Responsible for business negotiations of projects that have been put into production, maintaining internal prices, tracking the progress of payment collection, and resolving overdue accounts with customers.
- Organize and coordinate internal teams to respond to daily customer activities, including responding to daily customer surveys, arranging customer visits, etc.
- Responsible for formulating various internal documents and preparing internal reports as required by the leadership.
- Responsible for floating compensation of raw materials and claims arising from decreased production.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above; engineering background preferred.
- 3–4+ years of experience in the automotive parts industry; Experience with VW, Mercedes-Benz, or BMW is a plus.
- Proficient English & Mandarin (spoken, written, and reading).
- Strong sense of responsibility; capable of independently preparing internal documentation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with customers and collaborate with cross-functional internal teams.
