About the role

  • Focus on recruitment and selection of salaried, strategic, and management positions aligned with business strategies;
  • Management and reporting of recruitment & selection (R&S) metrics;
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes covering the South America region (9 sites);
  • Develop strategies and initiatives to attract talent;
  • Manage a high volume of mid- to high-complexity vacancies;
  • Provide support to HPBPs and managers in SuccessFactors (Recruitment module), acting as the system Key User;
  • Build and maintain relationships with universities and educational institutions, HR consultancies, and outplacement providers to ensure high effectiveness of R&S processes in the region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Experience in mid- and high-complexity recruitment and selection processes with a high volume of openings;
  • Advanced English;
  • Availability to work on a hybrid schedule, on-site twice a week at the Limeira, Sorocaba, or São Bernardo locations.
