About the role

  • Analyze and resolve quality issues in coordination with logistics, manufacturing, and support functions
  • Handle customer complaints, including preparation and communication of 8D reports with key account teams
  • Perform quality approvals (e.g., process approvals) and support product ramp-ups and change management
  • Initiate and lead quality improvement projects to reduce failure costs and optimize processes
  • Apply quality methods and tools such as FMEA, QR6S, audits, production control plans, and SAP ERP and EW
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners, e.g., product development and internal/external production sites, to ensure quality standards
  • Monitor and analyze quality metrics and conduct internal audits to ensure MMOG/IATF/VDA compliance

Requirements

  • General higher education entrance qualification (Abitur) or university of applied sciences entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife)
  • Interest in business administration topics and company structures
  • Specific interest in logistics and production processes
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Good and confident verbal and written communication skills
  • Good English skills and enjoyment working in international teams
  • MS Office skills are desirable
  • Responsible, independent, and reliable
