About the role

  • Provide independent assessment of the project Quality status and create transparency
  • Ensure quality across all aspects (products, services, activities) to meet customer and internal requirements
  • Execute activities related to the project quality function and lead the Quality project team to achieve Safe Launch
  • Apply Quality Assurance in all project routines and ensure compliance to GDPEP across all phases
  • Lead Total Quality Management approach in project activities adhering to Advanced Project Quality Planning (APQP)
  • Provide functional excellence for problem resolution and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for non-conformities impacting customers or projects
  • Track systematic problem-solving approach applied in projects, drive to closure and implement Lessons Learned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related field
  • 2 years of experience in quality assurance in the automotive industry
  • Experience with standards IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3
  • Proficiency in quality core tools including APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP, and Control Plans
  • Knowledge of quality methods and problem-solving techniques including 8D, 5 Why, and Ishikawa
  • Six Sigma Training
  • Creation and implementation of Safe Launch plan
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis tools, including MATLAB or Minitab
  • Experience in Kaizen and lean manufacturing
  • Internal Auditor Training
  • Experience with automotive audits (process, products, or layered)
