About the role

  • Document processes in a form of a BPMN diagram, based on existing process documentation (work instructions, manuals, desktop procedures) and discussion outcomes
  • Support the end-to-end workflow to model, release and publish business processes
  • Maintain transparency on the status of processes (design and rollout status)
  • Administer a repository of process model (incl., sub-pages content creation, access management)
  • Plan agenda, onboard speakers and host process-related training sessions
  • Promote best practices in process design, enabling global users to understand and follow processes effectively.

Requirements

  • Related Bachelor’s Degree, last year students also welcome
  • Basic experience in working with the leading BPM tools (e.g. Signavio, Symbio, Visio, Aris)
  • Familiar with working in a project oriented setting
  • Passionate to collaborate with Stakeholders and create a business impact
  • Systematic in tracking own work and diligent in following-up on others
  • Fluent English skills (written and verbal)
  • Experienced in working with Excel.
