About the role
- Support in-person and digital-channel employee service by answering questions about HR policies and processes.
- Assist with administrative onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with internal deadlines and procedures.
- Support the updating of controls and spreadsheets related to benefits, company shuttle transportation, and electronic timekeeping.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement and to organizing the team's documents and files.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office 365 tools is desirable.
- Good communication skills, organization, and attention to detail.
- Interest in developing a career in Human Resources, with a focus on employee service and administrative routines.
- Basic knowledge of Brazilian Sign Language (LIBRAS) is a plus.
