About the role

  • To provide customers (both internal & external) with a high level of technical support within ZF Services Australia region of responsibility for all products.
  • This includes technical support for internal customers, OEM’s, fleet operators, service partners and key customers.
  • Technical support includes but is not limited to the provision of diagnostic and repair information, direct field support, warranty adjudication, technical report writing and the delivery of technical training.

Requirements

  • Recognize engineering or apprenticeship or higher in automotive driveline technology (Commercial Vehicle preferred).
  • Modern truck and trailer systems knowledge or experience is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated competency to deliver classroom-based theoretical and workshop practical training.
  • Minimum 3 years post apprenticeship in a workshop or field service environment.
  • Holder of NSW (or other state) Automotive Trade Certificate highly desirable.
