About the role
- Manage Sales Business and Profitability of Passenger Car (PC) Business in the Middle East & North Africa (MENA) country/sub-region
- Drive PC sales development within the countries in line with defined brand and sales strategy as well as market share and profitability targets, in alignment with the Sub-Region Head
- Take ownership and responsibility for the Sales (Operative Planning and Strategic Planning) as well as adjust the sales/marketing approach to the needs of the countries, customers, ensuring profitable business and market shares are delivered
- Lead and develop with a solid line a team of sales managers to execute the strategic directions
- Agree and ensures delivery of PC sales, profitability and customer satisfaction targets for the sub region as well as define and implements individual KPIs for the team in a way that sales/profitability targets and customer expectations can be delivered
- Act as key account manager for selected customers, supports the sub-Regional Head in servicing large customers in the Sub-Region
- Support Sales Managers with negotiation agreements with customers in line with given targets and delivers operational customer sales support on a daily basis
- Be responsible for the NPIs in the region to meet the market demands together with Regional Cat Man
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree of business administration or engineering
- Deep understanding of Passenger Car Aftermarket business across all segments
- Experience in negotiation with customers and suppliers as well as in developing operational goals and directions and executing them
- Robust network/credibility with ZF Colleagues, customers and processes
- Proven ability and experience to lead in complex matrix organization and successfully manage Sales Team of Sub regional aftermarket and strong commercial sense
- Strong relationship management and influencing skills
- Fluent English skills are a must, Arabic skills are beneficial.
