About the role
- Align business strategy with the corporate HR strategy and centers of expertise (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Labor Relations), ensuring consistency and measurable impact on results;
- Analyze business KPIs and scenarios to identify current and future needs, planning and implementing solutions that support organizational performance;
- Act as a support to leadership by strengthening management capabilities and supporting talent management strategies focused on leadership pipeline, succession planning, and talent development;
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies;
- Support culture and change management initiatives;
- Promote internal communication and strategic alignment;
- Manage organizational climate through engagement surveys, exit interviews, and internal campaigns;
- Promote diversity, equity and inclusion, supporting cultural transformation initiatives that improve the employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Solid experience as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) or in a similar role at large companies or multinationals.
- Knowledge of organizational development practices, talent acquisition, communications, People Analytics, and labor relations.
- Strong influencing, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.
- Advanced English — will be used in global interactions.
- Preferred experience in the industrial sector and process automation, and experience using digital tools to increase efficiency.
