About the role
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand fleet operators’ challenges, regulatory requirements, purchasing behavior, and industry trends.
- Define and maintain product positioning, messaging frameworks, and target personas for fleet management and maintenance solutions, ensuring clarity and consistency across all customer-facing touchpoints.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and product enhancements, including segmentation, positioning, pricing input, and go-to-market considerations.
- Plan and coordinate product launch activities with cross-functional teams, delivering launch plans, product documentation, website content, and supporting marketing materials.
- Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape for fleet maintenance and fleet management software, identifying differentiation opportunities and informing positioning strategies.
- Gather and synthesize customer insights through interviews, feedback, usage data, and collaboration with internal teams to inform product improvements and marketing direction.
- Own and continuously optimize product landing pages with a focus on customer experience, inbound lead generation, and conversion rate improvement.
- Track and analyze product marketing performance indicators such as product adoption, engagement, and conversion, using insights to refine go-to-market approaches.
- Design and deliver internal product and market training to ensure strong product understanding across relevant internal teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Several years of experience in product marketing or a closely related role, ideally within SaaS, fleet management, mobility, or automotive technology
- Strong experience in product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution
- Good understanding of market research, customer insight development, and competitive analysis methodologies
- Ability to translate technical software functionality into clear, customer-oriented messaging
- Solid project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluent English is required; additional languages are a strong plus
- Experience with performance marketing or digital demand generation is a strong plus.
