Product Manager

• Work directly with enterprise customers, AI developers, and ecosystem partners to understand workload patterns, pain points, and technical requirements.
• Continuously track and analyze GPU cloud competitors (e.g., CoreWeave, Lambda, RunPod, AWS, Azure, GCP) across performance, cost, scalability, and customer experience.
• Maintain deep understanding of industry evaluation and certification frameworks (e.g., ClusterMax, NVIDIA Cloud validation) and apply that knowledge to shape our product and differentiation strategy.
• Synthesize customer and competitive insights into clear requirements, priorities, and recommendations for the Product and Engineering teams.
• Partner with GPU and AI ecosystem vendors (e.g., NVIDIA, AMD) to ensure alignment with performance, interoperability, and validation standards.
• Collaborate with FAEs and Solution Engineers during customer PoCs to gather structured feedback and ensure successful deployment outcomes.
• Act as a subject matter expert on AI/GPU cloud market dynamics and communicate insights through internal briefings, product planning sessions, and executive updates.

Backend Engineer

• Design APIs that abstract complex GPU operations into simple developer experiences
• Build scheduling algorithms that maximize GPU utilization while ensuring SLA compliance
• Develop resource management systems for GPU lifecycle—provisioning, allocation, scheduling, and release
• Create usage tracking and billing systems for GPU-hours, memory usage, and compute utilization
• Implement monitoring for GPU-specific metrics, health checks, and automatic failure recovery
• Build multi-tenancy systems with resource isolation, quota management, and fair scheduling
• Optimize cold starts for model serving and implement efficient model loading strategies
• Collaborate with frontend engineers to expose complex infrastructure through intuitive interfaces
• Leverage AI-assisted coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor IDE, etc.) to boost productivity and code quality.

Senior/Staff Backend Engineer – Distributed System

Frontend Engineer

• Design user interfaces and workflows in Figma, creating mockups and prototypes
• Implement your own designs in Vue.js (primary) and Next.js
• Collaborate with backend engineers to design and consume RESTful/GraphQL APIs
• Build robust state management and data fetching layers for complex UI requirements
• Own the full design-to-code pipeline for new features
• Create intuitive dashboards and visualizations using real-time API data
• Handle API error states, loading patterns, and data synchronization elegantly
• Conduct user research, create user flows, and iterate based on feedback
• Balance aesthetic appeal with technical constraints and performance.
