About the role
- Provide support and advice to employees and managers on all HR-related matters
- Manage HR administration from onboarding to offboarding (employment contracts, references, master data maintenance, etc.)
- Support recruitment, job postings and applicant management
- Contribute to HR projects, e.g. in employer branding, talent development or digitalization
- Prepare payroll and social insurance data (in cooperation with our external partners)
- Ensure compliance with legal and internal policies
Requirements
- Degree in economics, business administration, organizational psychology or a similar qualification (preferably with a focus on HR)
- HR professional certificate (Switzerland)
- Completed commercial vocational training or training in personnel services
- Initial professional experience in HR is a plus — but entry-level applicants are also welcome
- Knowledge of Swiss or German employment law (depending on location)
- Structured, service-oriented and trustworthy work approach
- Enjoy working in a team, communicating and handling varied responsibilities
- Excellent German and English communication skills, both written and spoken, for work in an international environment
- High level of independence, personal responsibility and teamwork, including in virtual/remote team settings
