About the role

  • Provide support and advice to employees and managers on all HR-related matters
  • Manage HR administration from onboarding to offboarding (employment contracts, references, master data maintenance, etc.)
  • Support recruitment, job postings and applicant management
  • Contribute to HR projects, e.g. in employer branding, talent development or digitalization
  • Prepare payroll and social insurance data (in cooperation with our external partners)
  • Ensure compliance with legal and internal policies

Requirements

  • Degree in economics, business administration, organizational psychology or a similar qualification (preferably with a focus on HR)
  • HR professional certificate (Switzerland)
  • Completed commercial vocational training or training in personnel services
  • Initial professional experience in HR is a plus — but entry-level applicants are also welcome
  • Knowledge of Swiss or German employment law (depending on location)
  • Structured, service-oriented and trustworthy work approach
  • Enjoy working in a team, communicating and handling varied responsibilities
  • Excellent German and English communication skills, both written and spoken, for work in an international environment
  • High level of independence, personal responsibility and teamwork, including in virtual/remote team settings
