Project Manager

• Implementation of our software solutions in museums, collections, galleries and archives (focus: Benelux, then broader Europe)
• Planning, execution, management and control of customer projects of various sizes within a multi-project environment, meeting time and budget targets
• Demonstrating standard features, highlighting functional possibilities and clarifying the boundaries with customizations
• When required, analyzing extended customer requirements and specifying modifications. Implementation together with our technical experts through configuration and code extensions
• Implementing add-ons and new product releases for existing customers (modules, apps, online publications)
• Leading data migrations of limited complexity or managing self-configured data imports via our standard interface
• Defining work packages, assigning project teams and ensuring delivery quality by conducting release tests, organizing customer tests (UAT) and overseeing project acceptance
• Effective communication with stakeholders and Customer Care is central; conducting project meetings, workshops and status reporting are included
• Occasional support for presales activities and for support cases (2nd level)
