Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed within scope, time, and budget constraints.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (technical, business, operations, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues, ensuring proactive risk mitigation.
Engage and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and team members.
Communicate project status, timelines, and risks to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring that all expectations and requirements are met.
Manage and motivate project teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to succeed.
Foster a collaborative and productive team environment and provide guidance and coaching to team members.
Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control.
Ensure that the appropriate resources (people, tools, and technology) are available to deliver the project successfully.
Drive continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and methodologies and implement best practices.
Facilitate retrospectives and feedback loops to improve team performance and delivery outcomes.
Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations and collaborate with QA teams to incorporate testing and validation into the project delivery lifecycle.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or in a similar role (e.g., Project Manager, Scrum Master) within an IT or technical environment.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project, etc.).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Client-focused with an ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Certifications (Optional but preferred): PMP, Prince2, Agile, Scrum.
