About the role
- Own the quality and reliability of solutions delivered to US clients
- Learn in-depth about Tachyon platform and related functional/technical concepts
- Work with Client counterparts to plan program scope, timelines, and strategy for Tachyon implementation
- Contribute to program execution and governance, participate in daily/weekly cadences and governance calls
- Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies
- Create detailed test cases covering functional, non-functional, and regression testing for banking applications
- Execute test cases manually or using automated tools; conduct integration, system, and end-to-end testing
- Report and track defects; collaborate with development teams and verify fixes during regression cycles
- Maintain test documentation: test plans, cases, reports, defect logs
- Go through training curriculum and build understanding of Tachyon platform
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, testing, and test automation.
- Familiarity with testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
