About the role
- Effectively demonstrate the capabilities of D365 Business Central.
- Consult developers around core functionality of D365 Business Central to aide in custom extension development.
- Learn and master industry vertical solutions created by RSM and support developers to extend solutions for industry requirements.
- Perform quality assurance testing and validation of solutions developed by the team.
- Perform system configuration and test data creation within D365 Business Central to support extension implementation.
- Design, Document, and maintain test plans and automated test scripts and process flows.
- Work collaboratively with a team encompassing many different backgrounds and experience levels.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent IT degree
- 5+ years of implementation experience using Microsoft’s D365 Business Central and / or previous versions of Dynamics NAV
- Ability to learn new business processes or applications very quickly
- Experience in a consulting environment strongly preferred
- Desire to learn, grow, and exceed internal and client expectations.
- Minimum of two Microsoft D365 Business Central/ NAV certifications (Manufacturing and Finance preferred).
- Complex Delivery Experience
- Prior experience working in manufacturing, food and beverage, retail, and/or life science industries.
