• Apply your experience, creativity, strategic intellect, and product knowledge to help ideate and map Zeta’s solutions to address client need, then create the client deliverable to appropriately articulate solution
• Craft creative concepts that tie a brand’s personality and marketing goals to areas where Zeta has differentiated equity in clear, powerful, easy-to-grasp platforms
• Collaborate with Zeta’s sales team and internal SMEs to hone the solution, craft the narrative and design each deliverable
• Partner with other Partnership Marketing team members on key projects outside of the proposal pipeline, including the development of thought leadership content, new proposal templates and frameworks, and more.

Partnership Marketing Manager

• Define the long term vision for Zeta’s Conversational Messaging Platform, aligning messaging channels, AI capabilities, and enterprise marketing use cases
• Lead the transformation of mobile messaging into a scalable product vertical within the Vertical Applications team
• Define how mobile and conversational capabilities are packaged, positioned, and monetized across Zeta's enterprise client base
• Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer teams to create repeatable adoption frameworks, vertical use cases, and enterprise deployment models
• Work directly with strategic clients and internal teams to translate market demand into roadmap priorities

Director, Product – Mobile

Events

• Support end-to-end event execution — from venue selection and logistics to onsite management and post-event wrap-up
• Support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives in collaboration with the events and sales teams to maximize engagement and impact around key industry events
• Assist in the execution of key industry tentpole events and sponsorship activations across the advertising and marketing ecosystem
• Provide exceptional white-glove client service to Activation’s customers and prospects, serving as a key point of contact throughout the event planning cycle
• Conceptualize, plan, and execute exclusive hospitality experiences that support industry events, ensuring programs are delivered on schedule, within budget, and with excellent attention to detail
• Support the Activation customer and prospect experience across major events from initial outreach through onsite engagement
• Manage external relationships (vendors, venues, agencies, and media partners) to ensure seamless execution and maximum value from event investments
• Partner with internal marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure event activations align with broader marketing and revenue objectives
• Track program performance against defined metrics and support post-event analysis to measure success and return on investment in partnership with marketing operations
• Maintain and update the annual industry event calendar and event roadmap
• Create, maintain, and reconcile detailed event budgets from initial forecast through final actuals
• Review, process, and code vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner in coordination with Finance
• Ensure all vendor contracts, SOWs, and W-9s are submitted and approved prior to invoice processing

Customer Success Manager

• Own and manage 10+ active programmatic campaigns end-to-end across multiple accounts.
• Lead all client communications, including status calls, QBRs, and escalations, providing clear insights and recommendations tied to business outcomes.
• Serve as the technical owner of campaign execution, partnering closely with Operations to ensure campaigns are set up correctly, optimized effectively, and aligned to strategy (targeting, pacing, QA, troubleshooting).
• Apply a deep understanding of DSP functionality and optimization levers to guide setup decisions, diagnose issues, and drive performance improvements.
• Deliver client-ready reporting and performance insights in partnership with Analytics.
• Proactively identify and support upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities in collaboration with Sales.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues, drive performance, and ensure a high-quality client experience.
• Partner with your Client Success Director on escalations, prioritizing fixes, communicating progress, and ensuring timely resolution.
