• Develop and maintain audience segmentation strategies, targeting the right message to the right account and contact at the right time.
• Design and manage customer nurture programs that deepen engagement across the funnel—from awareness through retention.
• Launch and refine LinkedIn Ads — testing targeting, copy, and creative for performance.
• Develop and optimize Unbounce landing pages for conversion.
• Write, edit, and polish short-form copy for emails and ads (no agency handoffs).
• Ensure accurate tracking and attribution (UTMs, lead source, Salesforce connections).
• Manage campaign timelines, testing, and performance dashboards.
• Maintain brand consistency while bringing in new ideas for speed and performance.
• Report insights and learnings to the Senior Director of Marketing to inform future campaigns.

• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies that enhance automation, personalization, and cross-system intelligence
• Partner with IT and Sales Operations to ensure a seamless data ecosystem connecting marketing, sales, and customer success
• Own vendor relationships and drive adoption, governance, and ROI across the tech stack
• Design intelligent automations and data pipelines that eliminate manual work and improve speed and precision
• Implement and champion the use of AI tools to optimize workflows, generate performance insights, improve data hygiene, and increase campaign efficiency
• Maintain a clean, compliant marketing database and continuously improve segmentation, enrichment, and lead scoring
• Design and maintain executive-level dashboards that track performance from first touch to closed-won
• Develop attribution and forecasting models that quantify marketing’s impact on pipeline and revenue
