• Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer preparation
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries
• Provide guidance on company policies, procedures, and employment conditions
• Support conflict resolution and employee relations matters
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HR Information System (BambooHR)
• Prepare employment contracts, amendments, and HR-related correspondence
• Support the implementation and administration of performance review processes
• Monitor completion of performance evaluations and follow-up actions
• Support payroll preparation by ensuring accurate employee data and changes are communicated timely
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and internal procedures
• Update and implement employee handbooks, policies, and HR procedures
