About the role
- Work closely with Sales, Dealer Development, Customer Experience, and Dealer Marketing teams
- Drive dealership sales and develop relationships with staff
- Conduct market analysis and respond to trends
- Implement sales campaigns and promotions
- Identify and recruit new dealers
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with motorcycle endorsement
- Proven sales experience in powersports industry or dealership preferred
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (preferably Salesforce)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Able to work various hours including weekends
