About the role

  • Drive and own the Auth product roadmap based on market trends, customer feedback, and business objectives.
  • Participate in all stages of the product life cycle, from conception through launch, and ensure continuous delivery of valuable solutions to our customers.
  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with zerohash’s goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Gather and analyze customer/product feedback to inform product decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings and workshops to drive product development.
  • Set and track key performance metrics to measure product success.
  • Write technical documentation, both internally and externally-facing.
  • Analyze product performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement data-driven decision-making processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7+ years experience in Product Management
  • Strong background with building products, API’s, and tooling for an open-banking like product
  • Strong background in payments and identity-related products, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in these sectors.
  • Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
  • Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts with engineering teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear, concise, and actionable tasks.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and tools, particularly Jira.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – you can write SQL queries and analyze data effectively.
  • Experience with testing/integrating to/interpreting APIs.
  • Open banking experience.
  • Preferred Experience in building crypto or stablecoins products
  • Experience with building consumer-facing fintech apps.
