About the role

  • You ensure that new B2B customers (pest control companies/technicians) understand our SaaS solution smoothly and sustainably.
  • You plan, lead and oversee technical customer implementations.
  • You regularly conduct onboarding sessions across Germany on-site at customer locations.
  • You are the primary point of contact throughout the entire onboarding phase: weekly syncs, status updates, journey mapping.
  • You identify bottlenecks early and handle escalations proactively, solution-oriented and confidently.
  • You develop long-term customer relationships, support customers throughout their journey and grow together with them.

Requirements

  • You work with a high degree of autonomy and do not require micromanagement.
  • Excellent communication across all stakeholder levels, including colleagues, senior management, board members, external partners and technicians.
  • Willingness to travel, flexibility and independent trip planning.
  • You can build trust — and restore it when necessary.
  • You are passionate about building things from scratch and about interpersonal relationships.
  • Experience in project management, customer excellence, onboarding and technical implementations — ideally in a B2B SaaS or IoT context.
  • Ability to structure complex technical content clearly and make it actionable for others.
  • Pragmatic attitude to get things done independently.
  • Fluent in German and communicative in English.
  • Based in Germany.
