About the role

  • Communicate the quality vision to the team
  • Map and create end-to-end test scenarios
  • Execute tests for chatbots (user interface, APIs, events, etc.)
  • Execute tests for Digital Journeys (email and SMS sends, documents, etc.)
  • Create test automation projects
  • Provide metrics through bug analysis reports
  • Ensure business rules are being followed
  • Produce test evidence
  • Create test documentation for validation and acceptance

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Programming Logic
  • Ability to analyze and read flowcharts
  • Experience in requirements analysis and documentation
  • Basic knowledge of GitHub
  • Basic knowledge of APIs
  • Desire to grow, learn, and develop professionally
