Database maintenance and further development of the infrastructure
Identification, analysis and implementation of the application landscape in collaboration with the business departments
Troubleshooting, conducting problem analyses, and database tuning
Digitization and automation of administrative processes
Design and development of simple process solutions, e.g., using Flow, Power Automate, and app solutions using Power Apps
User administration and access rights management
Training for employees
Creation and maintenance of documentation
Requirements
Completed vocational training in the IT field or a degree in information technology, computer science or similar, or alternatively proof of equivalent knowledge and experience
Several years of professional experience in the IT field
Solid knowledge of database standards and end-user applications
Strong knowledge of MS SQL, CRM and DMS systems, and SharePoint
Friendly and open demeanor, organizational skills, team spirit, commitment and sense of responsibility
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think algorithmically
Goal-oriented, independent and self-responsible working style
