• Support and maintenance of a variety of business applications, such as SharePoint, Cobra CRM, ELO ECM Suite, Astendo eventManager
• Database maintenance and further development of the infrastructure
• Identification, analysis and implementation of the application landscape in collaboration with the business departments
• Troubleshooting, conducting problem analyses, and database tuning
