Account Executive

• Responsible for independently managing and developing a defined sales territory and/or pharmacy customer portfolio in Germany
• Increase sales and volume through proactive, predominantly telephone-based customer outreach with a focus on the prescription generics portfolio
• Analyze and assess customer needs and derive targeted sales approaches
• Independently build, maintain and further develop customer relationships within the assigned customer base through proactive account management
• Initiate and implement targeted sales activities to fully exploit potential and achieve defined objectives
• Continuous market monitoring and identification of opportunities and risks within the assigned territory or customer portfolio
• Close collaboration with the Inside Sales team, Customer Service and relevant internal stakeholders to ensure optimal customer support
• Capture and maintain customer data and provide structured documentation of customer contacts in the designated systems
• Confident use of various communication channels (telephone, video, webinars, email, chat, co-browsing, etc.) to ensure high-quality customer communication
• Work based on defined KPIs and ensure their achievement
