About the role
- Lead audit calibration to reduce bias and perform unbiased ratings. You’ll manage the selection process, oversee broker acknowledgments, and handle the dispute process.
- Manage and investigate customer concerns to ensure a positive experience and maintain high customer satisfaction standards.
- Formulate and review leadership dashboards for the Senior Leadership Team. You’ll also create or revise audit processes whenever new tools or workflows are rolled out.
- Identify common errors and gaps to develop tip sheets, sales resources, and training materials. You'll recommend specific development methods to help broking teams improve their performance.
- Partner with Practice Leaders, Product Management, Underwriting, and Finance to support process corrections and operational excellence.
- Attend monthly team meetings to lead feedback sessions and roll out new learning tools and training initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Quality Control experience within the insurance industry (Commercial Insurance experience is preferred).
- RIBO license preferred. CAIB/CIP designation is an asset.
- Proven track record in conducting audits, developing training materials, and creating process documentation.
- Strong quality assurance analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Ability to communicate efficiently with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
