About the role

  • Coaching the Coach: Focus on developing the leadership and coaching skills of your Team Leads to ensure they’re effectively supporting and growing their own teams.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in commercial insurance
  • 8+ years of experience in an insurance management role
  • Proven experience in a "leader of leaders" role, with a focus on mentoring and developing management-level staff
  • A strong background in high-level customer service with a track record of improving team-wide service metrics
  • Proven experience leading teams in a high-speed, high-ticket, or high-volume service environment
  • The ability to drive process improvements and deliver growth in line with business goals and KPIs
  • A valid RIBO license is required
  • CIP, CRM, or CAIB designations are preferred but not required
