About the role
- Recruit, onboard, and activate MSP partners through Pax8
- Drive enablement that turns sellers into confident Zensai advocates
- Operate and optimize the Pax8 marketplace GTM
- Build joint business plans and deliver revenue outcomes
- Collaborate cross-functionally to scale what works
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS channel sales or partner-led GTM, ideally with Microsoft ecosystem exposure (M365/Teams/Copilot) and/or MSP motions
- Track record building partner pipeline through enablement + joint planning + co-marketing
- Strong communication and stakeholder management—comfortable influencing across partner organizations and internal cross-functional teams
- High ownership and operational rigor (forecasting, partner follow-through, and consistent execution against targets)
- Nice-to-have Experience selling through or alongside distribution/marketplace ecosystems (e.g., Pax8-style channel models)
