About the role

  • Support clients with employee engagement, internal communications and change management assignments
  • Partner with team members to execute Change Management, Employee Engagement, and Internal Communications strategies
  • Draft client deliverables for senior team review
  • Conduct and analyze communications research
  • Apply or create tools, templates and methodologies that contribute to clients’ internal communications effectiveness
  • Draft compelling communications tailored to specific audience segments

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, public relations, or a related field
  • Knowledge of internal communications tools and technology (ex: Firstup/SocialChorus, Qualtrics, Workplace, Yammer, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Exceptional writing/editing skills across a wide variety of client deliverables
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to identify competing priorities
  • Familiar with SEO best practices and writing for digital properties
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and support more junior staff
