About the role

  • Develop and maintain deep technical expertise in Zenlayer products and solutions, which including telecommunications infrastructure, SDN network, and global cloud solutions.
  • Present product demonstrations and technical presentations to clients, highlighting the features and benefits of Zenlayer solutions.
  • Work closely with sales team to understand customers’ business need and network architecture, identify technical challenges, and propose suitable solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Provide technical support to customers throughout the sales process, including technical clarification, RFI’s/RFP’s, proof of concept (POC), integration support, and troubleshooting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer’s key decision-makers and technical stakeholders in driving sales growth.
  • Consolidate customer feedback and convey requirements to Product Management teams.
  • Responsible to create relevant pre-sale tools and documentation including presentation slides, solution diagram and etcs.
  • Lead deployments, implementations and integrations with the after-sales delivery team to ensure on-time and accurate project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technology developments, and competitor offerings to ensure our solutions remain competitive in the market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Telecomunication Engineering, Computer Science or Networking relevant major.
  • Minimum 4+ years of Pre-Sales or Consulting experience working with telecommunication, network and/or cloud security products in a customer-facing role.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Telecommunication technology, IP networking technology, and Cloud Technology including: IP Transit, BGP, IPLC, LAN and WAN technologies, Data Center, Cloud Hosting infrastructure architectures, CDN and SDWAN.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions for customers.
  • Strong communication skills to be a bridge between customers and engineering team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
