Accounts Receivable

• Provides oversight, leadership, and strategic direction to accounts receivable fund operations in accordance with Company guidelines, client needs, and legislative requirements.
• Oversees all aspects of contribution receivable posting, reconciliation, and collections operations.
• Mentors, coaches, and trains staff consistent with Company values and mission.
• Develops staff through performance management, goal setting, training, and effective employee relations.
• Implements and monitors internal systems, reports, metrics, policies, and procedures.
• Oversees vacation fund payouts process, 401K funds transfers, payroll audits, and other duties as required by clients.
• Ensures accurate, organized, complete, and timely delivery of requested data to client external auditors.
• Oversees quality, timeliness, and quantity of work produced.
• Partners with Client Services to resolve service issues or escalations with clients.

Recruitment

• Develops and nurtures relationships throughout the organization to keep abreast of staffing needs, promote cross departmental communication, and facilitate an effective recruitment process
• Manages full cycle recruiting process to meet various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units
• Sources, screens, and interviews, making recommendations of best fit candidates to the recruiting and hiring managers
• Manages interview schedule and assists in culling interview questions appropriate to the role being filled
• Works with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria to maximize the effectiveness of the hiring process
• Manages the pre-hire process for selected candidates ensuring requisite pre-qualifiers or tests are administered in a timely manner and positively satisfied
• Manages the onboarding process for selected candidates ensuring all HR documents are completed and signed in a timely manner and documents are filed appropriately
• Manages preparation and submission of documents associated with internal employee job changes
• Maintains a professional presence on industry related social media platforms as ambassador for the company promoting the culture, business, and opportunities for employment

Systems Engineer

• Writes requirements for minor software development items and performs testing, in accordance with Company guidelines, client needs and legislative requirements.
• Analyzes programming changes and/or system enhancements to existing programs; tests and verifies the accuracy of program changes.
• Tests programming changes due to bug fixes, enhancements, development, and version upgrades.
• Collaborates with programmers to drive quality output.
• Analyzes data files and identifies issues.
• Writes requirements for minor software changes; coordinates changes with vendors and clients.
• Designs, generates, and evaluates reports, queries, data, and procedures on systems, including scheduling and distribution of forms and mailings for daily, weekly, monthly, annual, or other periodic processes.
• Assists in the development, planning, and implementation of new clients.
• Provides technical support, training, and problem resolution to end users.
• Documents system and client support processes.
