  • Lead and scale global specialist functions: ES Specialists, CCaaS Specialists, and WEM Specialists
  • Build a unified strategy and operating model for the Specialist Organization
  • Establish and maintain consistent frameworks for adoption acceleration

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, or GTM roles within enterprise SaaS
  • Deep expertise in at least one of: ITSM/Employee Experience, CCaaS/Contact Center, or WEM/QA/WFM
  • Proven success managing global or multi-regional teams
  • Strong strategy and execution skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Strong analytical and operational capabilities
