About the role
- Lead and scale global specialist functions: ES Specialists, CCaaS Specialists, and WEM Specialists
- Build a unified strategy and operating model for the Specialist Organization
- Establish and maintain consistent frameworks for adoption acceleration
- Align closely with Core CSMs, Professional Services, Sales, and Digital Programs
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, or GTM roles within enterprise SaaS
- Deep expertise in at least one of: ITSM/Employee Experience, CCaaS/Contact Center, or WEM/QA/WFM
- Proven success managing global or multi-regional teams
- Strong strategy and execution skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong analytical and operational capabilities
