• You’ll take ownership of designing and building key features in TypeScript &amp; React Native. Senior Software Engineer, TypeScript, React Native

Revenue Operations

• Transform data to create meaningful datasets and develop dashboards and reports using Superset and Tableau.
• Shape the data strategy and infrastructure of a rapidly growing startup.
• Form a hypothesis and develop a thesis on market segments, ICP.
• Work cross-functionally across the GTM team (sales, marketing, and devrels) to define and execute growth initiatives.
• Maintain and optimize our backend database in Snowflake and BigQuery.
• Transform raw data into meaningful and actionable datasets.
• Collaborate with the data engineering team to understand data requirements and deliver appropriate solutions.
• Create and manage dashboards and reports using Superset and Tableau.
• Provide insights and analytics to support decision-making across the organization.
• Continuously improve and iterate on data visualizations to enhance user experience.
• Conduct data exploration to uncover trends, patterns, & insights that drive decisions.

Go-to-Market Revenue Operations and Analytics

Community Manager

• Moderate and manage Slack, Discord, and Reddit groups to ensure safe, constructive conversations.
• Track engagement metrics and community health; report insights to GTM and product teams.
• Drive participation with AMAs, polls, challenges, and spotlighting community projects.
• Grow membership by building partnerships with open-source contributors and dev communities.
• Organize virtual community events—office hours, workshops, or hack sessions.
• Provide timely first-line support in community channels, triaging issues to product/engineering.
• Maintain a living FAQ and knowledge base with recurring questions and solutions.
• Act as the “voice of the developer” by routing feedback into product & engineering.
• Draft quick-hit content: announcements, patch notes, community updates.
• Amplify user-generated content (tutorials, blogs, demos) across Zencoder’s communities.
• Collaborate with DevRels/Marketing to seed discussions around features, agents, & integrations.
• Encourage contributions to Zencoder’s Zen Agents Marketplace and highlight top creators.

Community and Support Associate
