Requirements

What you’ll need

3-5 years of experience in an early-stage, high-growth B2B companies in marketing, growth, strategy, or GTM leadership roles.
Recent MBA from top 10 MBA programs is an advantage.
Exceptional storyteller and communicator.
Proven ability to create positioning and messaging that drives adoption, engagement, or revenue.
Strong strategic thinker with a bias toward execution.
Deep curiosity about AI and how it changes how businesses operate.
Comfortable working in ambiguity and creating structure where none exists.
Builder mentality: you don’t wait for playbooks—you create them.
