Growth Marketing

• Remote role reporting to the CMO focused on growing customer acquisition, reducing CAC, and delivering sustainable ROAS.
• Responsible for aligning brand, marketing, product, pricing, and funnel efforts to growth marketing targets and business objectives.
• Lead full-funnel growth across SEO, LLM search, SEM, social, affiliate, email nurturing, and CRO.
• Develop and execute growth strategy, research market and customers, and identify acquisition channels.
• Oversee customer acquisition journey, experimentation across funnels, landing pages, offers, and pricing.
• Improve measurement and attribution (Tableau, MMM, MTA, brand trackers) and define marketing/product roadmaps.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing team and foster a test-and-learn culture.
• Coordinate with executive and finance leaders to set budgets and meet acquisition/financial goals.
