- lead development and continuous evolution of Zelis's enterprise strategy
- structure and drive strategic planning cycles
- develop multi-year strategic plans and growth roadmaps
- own enterprise competitive intelligence frameworks
- synthesize regulatory, technological, and macroeconomic trends into strategic implications
- partner with business unit leadership and executive team to translate strategic priorities into key growth plays
- prepare for board presentations and external communications
Requirements
- 10-15 years overall corporate experience
- 7–10 years in strategy
- demonstrated track record in healthcare technology
- substantive experience in health plans (payers) and provider organizations
- fluency in the financial, operational, and regulatory dynamics of the payer-provider relationship
- exceptional quantitative and qualitative skills, including financial modeling and market sizing
- outstanding ability to distill and deliver complex analyses into executive-quality documents and presentations
- proven ability to collaborate with and influence senior leadership without direct authority in matrixed environments
