About the role

  • Support and maintain UAT environments for .NET-based applications
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to plan and execute UAT testing
  • Research and troubleshoot issues involving APIs, batch processing, and data validation
  • Perform SQL-based analysis to investigate and resolve testing issues
  • Support release deployments and structured change management processes
  • Work with clients to create and execute test scripts as needed
  • Document findings, maintain rollback standards, and track UAT sign-offs
  • Identify opportunities to improve UAT processes and environment stability

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience in application support, QA, or UAT support
  • Must have SQL skills for troubleshooting and validation
  • Must have experience with monitoring tools (e.g. New Relic, LogicMonitor or similar)
  • Understanding of UAT processes and testing methodologies
  • Working knowledge of .NET applications and REST APIs preferred
  • Experience with ticketing or defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira)
  • Understanding of batch processing or job schedulers
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Exposure to AWS and/or Microsoft Azure environments
  • Interest in cloud migrations and hybrid architectures
  • Experience with automation or scripting (PowerShell, Python, etc.)
  • Familiarity with AI tools or LLM-assisted workflow improvements
  • Experience in regulated or payments-related environments
