About the role
- Contribute to the execution of the Commercial strategy
- Partner with Sales to develop value propositions, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning
- Analyze and report market trends and statistics, customer feedback, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and drive commercial strategies and behavior
- Fully comprehend all products we offer and their appropriate applications
- Support the sales team in key customer engagements, presentations, and negotiations
- Contribute to product launches, including internal training and go-to-market execution
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, messaging, and lead generation efforts
- Work with Operations, Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain to ensure product availability, quality, and alignment with customer expectations
- Track and report on product performance, revenue, margins, and pipeline activity
- Gather and prioritize customer requirements and translate them into actionable business recommendations
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management, technical sales, or Commercial experience in steel tube manufacturing
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Strong understanding of sales processes, pricing strategies, and market analysis
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to influence without direct authority
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions
- Systems experience to allow for data extraction and analysis
- Excel proficiency required
- Ability to travel (20% - 30%)
