About the role
- Assist with daily operations and enhance workflow efficiency
- Help analysts with internal and external clarifications and requests
- Keep team leaders informed of process and scope changes and assist in monitoring adaptation
- Assist in customer communications regarding project updates and follow ups
- Ensure seamless coordination between internal teams and clients
- Track and resolve QC issues, monitor QC rejections, and support next steps for resolution
- Define responsible parties for corrective actions and urgency/resolution timelines
- Analyze QC rejections by gathering data from multiple sources and document resolutions
- Communicate with Flight Operations team regarding recaptures
- Assist with analyzing recurring QC trends to prevent future issues
- Monitor and maintain high-quality data standards across the team and support corrective actions
Requirements
- 1+ years in the telecom field
- Strong independent work skills, including prioritization and problem-solving
- Ability to work remotely and coordinate effectively within a fully remote workforce
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in technology and drone operations (UAV experience is a plus)
