About the role
- Support across the entire employee lifecycle as the central point of contact for HR matters
- Standardization and digitization of our HR processes
- Designing a supportive onboarding experience for new colleagues
- Reliable alignment of processes with HR colleagues and cross-functional departments
- Helping to shape the digital People Operations landscape
Requirements
- Several years of experience (3–5 years) in HR administration or People Operations
- Commercial training with a focus on HR or a relevant degree
- Knowledge of collective bargaining agreements and experience working with works councils
- Proficient with HR systems such as GuideCom, SAP, or comparable tools
- Experience in preliminary payroll processing is desirable
- Initial experience with AI-powered tools or willingness to learn
- Meticulous and structured working style
- Very good German skills and conversational English
