About the role
- Responsible for maintaining and continuously developing the standards management system as the Application Owner
- Maintain ZEISS's standards portfolio, manage standards procurement, and communicate changes to business units
- Review and adjust standards licensing models in coordination with standards organizations
- Conduct training and provide advisory support for standards research
- Prepare status reports on standardization for management and stakeholders
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the central standardization strategy
- Organize internal standardization conferences and maintain regular communications
Requirements
- Degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or equivalent qualification
- Experience in standards management and standardization
- Experience in an IT environment, preferably as an Application Owner of a database
- Experience facilitating workshops
- Professional report writing and presentation skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a strong customer focus
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Business-fluent German and English
