About the role
- Deliver technical support for ZEISS Medical Technology's eCommerce solutions
- Act as the primary support contact for international sales organizations
- Manage and continuously improve the global eCommerce support process
- Create and conduct user training sessions
Requirements
- University degree in business administration, engineering, IT, or related field
- Initial experience with eCommerce systems and Product Information Management (PIM) systems
- Familiarity with SAP ERP and development/ticketing tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Strong affinity for digital applications and excellent analytical skills
- Initial international working experience
- Excellent English communication skills, additional languages are a plus.
