About the role

  • Drive organizational efficiency by leading operational excellence initiatives
  • Cultivate a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement
  • Oversee the planning and execution of operational excellence projects and programs
  • Establish, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of project and program managers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Oversee the identification and mitigation of operational and project/program risks

Requirements

  • Profound experience in a leadership role within operations consulting and in-house consulting in a large organization
  • Proven ability to optimize organizational structures and processes
  • Deep knowledge of Lean Management, Industry 4.0, and Factory Planning
  • Experience restructuring companies to ensure long-term efficiency and competitiveness
  • Extensive management experience, including leading cross-functional and global teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in English and German (C1 level)
